We'd like to focus on Bannerlord hype today: its ebb and flow. Naturally, fans don't want that to happen anyway, but it's good to keep in mind that this is, in fact, a hardcore RPG at its core. Everything we've seen of Bannerlord so far makes it clear that it won't break the franchise's status quo. Those of us who remember the initial announcement know what all this Bannerlord hype is about, but it's easy to forget that there are even more people who don't have any idea why this is interesting at all.
